Sous vide cooking is still a relatively new phenomenon to the general public. But PolyScience has been producing sous vide products for chefs and restaurants for years. In order to pivot to capture the experimental home cook, PolyScience launched a campaign to showcase their thought leadership in the space.
First, they published a cookbook written by sous vide pioneer and PolyScience founder, Philip Preston. Then, Tippingpoint Labs helped to translate this thought leadership into a documentary featuring some of the world’s best chefs sharing their sous vide experiences and touting the inventiveness of Philip and his products.
Tippingpoint Labs crafted the documentary from start to finish, and created a cookbook trailer used on social media and on the book’s Amazon page.
