TomTom Videos Prove Devices are Easy to Use

TomTom wanted to address two related issues that were costing them money. First, they wanted to demonstrate to customers considering a GPS that TomTom models are easy to use. And second, they wanted to reduce the amount of incoming phone calls to technical support among existing TomTom owners.
