With the right strategy, content created on one platform can often be repurposed and used on another platform to great success. After building an engaged audience on the digital magazine, FoodThinkers.com, Tippingpoint Labs bundled various recipes and articles that centered on a similar theme and released these bundles as digital books.
Topics for the eBooks ranged from chef-driven articles + recipes, to tailgating how-to’s, to coffee art, to juicing, to all-vegan recipes and more. Each eBook utilized previously released articles and recipes, but repackaged in a way that felt fresh and useful for a niche audience. Placing the self-published content on iTunes, Amazon, and BN.com for further distribution, we realized increased engagement and significant gains to the audience.
