TomTom Video Production Ends in Success

Posted Oct 25th, 2008 by Andrew Davis

BOSTON, MA - The Tippingpoint Labs video production team has been very busy for the past two weeks preparing for its latest two-day shoot for GPS device manufacturer TomTom. The shoot, which requires a mobile crew, one hefty car mount for the video camera and at least two on-camera vehicles took place around the Boston area and went very well.

“Unfortunately, we can’t tell you exactly what we were shooting - it’s top secret - but we can tell you that the shoot went very well and you’ll be seeing the final product early next year,” said Director Jim Cosco.

The car mount, requires that the crew remove the back seats of the vehicle in order to install lights, and a very secure and stable camera mount. With the gear installed the Director can sit in the front passenger seat and watch the video production while the camera remains steady in the rear of the car.

So keep your eyes peeled. We’re starting post production this week!
